01. Shipping

We offer reliable courier delivery across South Africa. All orders are shipped using trusted local courier partners.

We use Fastway Couriers for deliveries across South Africa.

All orders are shipped with tracking, which is shared once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery takes 3–5 working days within South Africa. During peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

At this time, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.

If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll assist in following up with the courier.

02. Returns

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

For Eid purchases, please note that thobes are not eligible for return after Eid. This helps us maintain fairness and quality standards for all customers.

To request a return, please contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges for size changes are available, subject to stock availability, and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. If you’ve selected the incorrect size, we’re happy to assist with an exchange.

Please note that shipping costs for both the return and the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.

03. Orders

Simply browse our collections, select your size, and proceed through checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation once payment is successful.

We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible once an order has been confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to assist.

You can check your order status using the tracking link sent once your order has been dispatched, or by contacting us on WhatsApp.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, our packaging is clean, minimal, and suitable for gifting.
