Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within South Africa only.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location. During peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

All orders are shipped using Fastway Couriers. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Imaarah cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
