Refund policy

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

• Thobes purchased for Eid are not eligible for return after Eid, as these items are often worn for the occasion. We encourage customers to ensure correct sizing and suitability before placing an Eid order.

Exchanges

Exchanges for size changes are available, subject to stock availability, and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

If an incorrect size was selected, we are happy to assist with an exchange. Please note that shipping costs for both the return and the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
